AT ASPEN'S PRESTIGIOUS AMERICAN RENEWABLE ENERGY DAY 2011

The 8th Annual AREDay conference in Aspen Colorado was a great success. Intelligent people invested in the globe's positive future were in attendance. This year's sponsors included the United Nations Foundation, Rocky Mountain Institute, the State of Colorado, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and The National Wildlife Federation to name a few.

Speakers and other participants included T. Boone Pickens, Ted Turner, Daryl Hannah, Wesley Clark, Governor Bill Ritter, and like Eddie Sturman, the founders, CEOs, and other high level representatives of innovative, environmentally conscious groups like Sturman Industries. Also present were the National Geographic Society, the Earth Policy Institute, ACORE, Green Community Schools, as well as federal and state congressional representatives and senators. It was a high level group of people poised to help AREDay meet its mission to 'create vibrant and powerful cross-sector dialogue, commitments, collaborations and investments that foster climate change solutions at the speed and scale necessary to phase out fossil fuels, and usher in a rapid transition to a new, clean energy economy.'

In a panel highlighting Sturman technology solutions, Chip Comins introduced Eddie as 'one of my true heroes.' Describing his first visit to Sturman Industries in the Spring, he said, "I was absolutely changed in terms of what I found. I had no idea that anything like this existed. I got to experience Eddie's particular brand of genius." He later asserted that Sturman technology should be 'implemented on a rapid and massive scale."

Eddie Sturman was joined on stage by Daryl Hannah, Mike Bowman, and AREDay founder and CEO Chip Comins for the "Shooting for the Moon with Clean Technology" panel session. Answering T-Boone’s challenge, Eddie presented his PLAN for a path to practical, ultra efficient energy and broad carbon neutral and carbon free fuel use. Led by conference founder Chip Comins, Eddie and the panelists continued to discuss how Sturman Adaptive Digital Power technology can enable positive solutions to multiple global issues, including Energy, Environment, Economy, Water, Safety and National Security. Emphasizing a transition to renewable energy, the panel discussed how Sturman's smart and affordable engine technology can utilize any liquid or gaseous fuel efficiently to create safe and practical power generation, storage and transmission and enable full use of wind and solar energy.

Eddie drove home the real solution to many of our climate issues. "We definitely want to get rid of Carbon. What's the best way do it? Don't start with it." This simple solution elicited a round of applause from the AREDay audience.

After Eddie's brief discussion about controlling combustion and using any sort of liquid fuels, Ms. Hannah commented about Eddie and Sturman Industries. "When I met Eddie, I realized there are actually practical solutions applicable today... solutions that will really be able to change the world. Eddie is probably one of the greatest geniuses I've ever met. A humble man. Incredible. And I've seen his camless engine. I've seen what he was saying about when you control the engine... His engine was playing 'Smoke on the Water' or something! He literally had the engine sing songs for us... it was amazing! I appreciate Eddie's perspective on an engine adapting to any kind of liquid fuel..."

Mike Bowman, co-founder and Board Member of 25 x 25, rounded out the end of the panel session and returned the audience's thoughts and attention to the core of our concern for the environment, "For the sake of our children and grandchildren, we must save their future NOW."
